MAIS Focus Area: Work, Organization & Leadership
As the MAIS program progressed, content themes began to emerge, showcasing how leaders can leverage interdisciplinarity to holistically and strategically provide transformative leadership that cultivates change. While this often aligns with servant leadership, program learnings highlight that negative impacts can also occur. The below curated contents provide a narrative of these themes through my various MAIS program writings; it is recommended to read themes from left to right.

A personal reflection on my experience with the MAIS program and the impacts on my career stemming from the program.
